So, I have been on the slopes a few times and I am looking to buy me a board, boots, and bindings. Im not looking to spend anymore than $500 on this so prices can be tight. I have done a little research and determined that i need a board in the 153-156 range. Everything I have read says do not buy your boots online but, this would be the preferable choice for me. I have looked on The House Snowboards Snowboard Boots Bindings Clothing and they have a bunch of decent deals right now. Would anyone wanna throw in their 2-cents as to what I should buy and how much to spend on it?

With all the steep discounts going on right now, you should be able to get a pretty good setup for $500.
First step - Go find boots that fit. Second step - Go get the best board and bindings you can get with the money you have left. |

You gotta try boots on to know what fits. Whether you want to buy in a store or find something that fits, then buy it online is up to you. I'm not shy about going into a store, finding something that I like then letting them know what I can get it online for. If it's a local shop and not a chain, they'll usually knock something off. If they do, I'll buy there. I'm not asking them to match the price, just meet me halfway.
