I'd say for your size if you want a good do anything board shoot for 161. As far as width you want to make sure your toes/heels aren't hanging of the board too much. In a perfect world you have your bindings and boots and you can mount them to the board you are about to pick, but otherwise be creative and use your tape measure. I have 2 skinny boards and a bigass Burton Bullet 164 that is about 4cm wider than my boots in a 12-12 stance. It doesn't hurt my riding in any condition, but being 5'11" and a 180lb bastard (or so) the board is still a little long unless I'm playing in powder.
P.S. just saw your weight and comprehended lol, maybe shoot for a 158 for a little more freedom on the hill, but on a 161 you will go very fast lol. With a bootsize like that I'd say that a wide board wood probably be in order. Ride bindings are my FAV.
