Free lift ticket with burton board not working

Anyone have a problem redeeming their free "get lifted" ticket through the burton site? I enter my sticker code and serial number but it's coming up invalid. I'm trying to print my free pass to go in about an hour, what the fuck.

Make sure you get the serial number from the proper place on the board... if you're not sure where it's at, the website will help you find it. It took me a sec to do so on my daughter's Chicklet.

That's the only issue I had!

I have the right number, girl from burton said only guy who can help me will not be in to 12, figures. She just called me back and asked if I left, or had PC access, think she might be able to help. Gotta call her when I get to his house.

i've gone to places like REI and Dick's, and seen some of those codes scratched off the board already. it's possible people took your code and already redeemed it? a pretty dick move, but you know people these days..

i love my life

Why the fuck would that not be somewhere else? Like, you'll get an email after you register your board's warranty... you get it at the counter of the store...

No time really. Only had it a couple days, Wanted to make sure I knew what place I was going to before I printed out voucher, I was not sure if that had to be known prior to trip. Tried the day before with error nobody at burton. Tried in morning still did not work, called burton and got someone. Girl was nice but her hands were tied until a certian worker showed up later. (After I would be a mountain). She left me another message later on probably to help me but it was too late, I'm going to call her today and see if we can work something out because if we get rain tomorrow like expected the season is done.

Yeah I was told this deal is a limited lift ticket and basically you only get access to the one lift that takes you to the top of the bunny hill.
