Long time lurker.. Hello all...

I live in FL, so pls bear with me. I get to go boarding like 10-15 days per year. Until recently I've rocked a 15 year old pair of Airwalk boots (the ones with the carrot on the back).
Currently have an old pair of Burton Custom Ratchets on a K2 FatBob. Just posted in the bindings section the question that i have been looking at either the K2 Cinch (CTX ?) or the Flow's (NX AT)

I am a 6'5" 275 so my questions are three fold.

Board? (no clue as I have riden my trusty K2 Fatbob for years) I did borrow my buddies K2 Nemesis this year and could tell a big difference.
One guy told me to look into a Nitro Magnum? I never heard of them tho....
Bindings? (I'd like easy entry ones if they'll hold up to my torque)
Boots? (Burton Motos, Ruler, Ions?)

I wear a size 13 so I am guessing I need a wide board, what would ya'll recommend.
