Putting together my board - need help

Hey guys, this is my first post, and I'm a little new to this, so I apologize in advance if some of this sounds confusing.

Anyways, here's my situation:

I've been boarding only 3 or 4 times in my life, but I've loved it, so I got some new equipment this year.

I bought:

An 07 Burton 157 Baron (wide board)
07 Burton P1 Bindings (large)
06 Burton Moto Boots (size 13)

I'll be headed to Snowshoe soon to go boarding for the first time this year, but my problem is - I just received everything in the mail (I ordered everything online) - and I have no idea how to set everything up. I've only rented boards previously.

I don't really know the lingo yet, but could someone help me out with mounting the bindings. I'm regular footed, and I'd specifically like to know:

Why/How I adjust the back part of the binding (the part that goes along the ankle-calf portion of the boot). Currently, the screws are not tightened, but I do see a little arrow on each slide of the adjustment slide.

Why/How I adjust the "lever on the flad." From the instructions, I've noticed this has something to do with the forward lean...so I guess my question is--what is the default position?

How do I mount the binding (and what is the difference between the two discs that do have padding and the two that do not)?

Thanks in advance!

use the padded disk
the flag you will need to adjust on slope
just tighten the screws

1:
Put the boots in the bindings
now make sure when you tighten down the toe and ankle straps they are center
you might have to move some straps

2:
i would put an 18+ left foot, 0 or 3+ right(back)foot
center your boot/bindings on the board
