Sentury Snowboards

I am looking for information on the status of Sentury Snowboards.
Feb 19th, I paid for a split they were to build for me and ship to Valdez, AK.
Since they told me it was going to ship over 2 weeks ago, I have not received shipping info, an answer to phone calls, return calls or return emails.
Probably out of business?
I paid and was guaranteed a split board.
Since then nothing.

If anyone has any info, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Mike

This is starting to be a pattern with these guys. Check out the thread at Splitboard.com. They got called out there by another person having your same experience. Sentury did take notice and finally did something about it.

I've also posted up on that thread. I find this to be completely out of line. We'll see if we get their attention now.

If they can't resolve it quickly or to your satisfaction, call up your credit card company and tell them what happened. They should eventually be able to credit you back with whatever was charged, and will begin flagging the company's transactions as suspicious.

I'm not the one slighted here, but I find this ridiculous. What you recommend is another great course of action for the OP. If they bought by credit card. If you went the debit card route, or other methods, it's a lot tougher.

ok-so I finally got my 165 team split.
Thanks to Alex for finally stepping up and taking care of business.
never did hear from ben no matter how many messages I left on his cell or emails I sent.

It took forever, and was frustrating as hell since I was 3500 miles away, but the board is sick.
I got the deck with a few weeks left in AK, and came home 2 weeks ago to tons of snow in the sierras.
Glad to have a locally built board, great touring action and a solid ride.

Thanks Alex...........will get you some pics.
