Default full face helmets

Does anyone you see on the slopes wear a full face helmet? Just curious.

I thought about making my own custom face mask just in case I hit the ground hard, I still have to wear a retainer after I've had braces on for most of my teenage years. I don't want to wear anything that looks like a motocross or football helmet. can anyone give me some insight? Thanks,
Rickenfan.

I wouldn't wear a fullface unless your racing boarder-cross. If you don't know how to fall properly, the force of the impact, along with the shape of the helmet could snap your neck.

i can only imagine those being distracting and making it hard to use your peripheral vision. i need to see when im going down a hill. plus i never got close to landing or hitting my head.

I ride a motorcycle. I have a full face helment. More so on a bike, than anywhere else, you need full range of vision. Full face helments, it designed right, allow for this. I have seen a handful of people with full face helments at my local mountain over the years.
