2010 Bataleon Evil Twin Vs 20apita Indoor Survival FK

Hi All,

I've narrowed it down to these 2 boards, just wondering what people think is better for me. I'll probably use this board everywhere, take down east coast groomers (blues, blacks) and the park (probably not huge kickers, but probalby boxes, and rails). I'll probably take 1 trip out midwest for powder too.

I'm leaning towards the Indoor Survival FK because I like to butter and press down the greens. I'm sure the Evil Twin has better control while carving since it's cambered, but i think overall the Indoor Survival will be more fun and easier to handle. Although the ET uses TBT, I still think the IS will be slightly better overall, but I'm open to any opinions or comments.

Thanks,

JP

Fluid on here has a current Indoor Survival for sale, hit him up

Capita>Bataleon imo.... I've owned both and sold my Bataleon The Jam and now own a Capita Horrorscope and Black Death.

FK tech is insane..

No, i was joking. I own 3 cap's. They are fairly good quality.
As for the indoor fk, i happen to own that and can tell you it is stiffer in between the bindings and more playful out on the tip and tail. I have only ridden it a couple times so far this year but its not doing bad.

Guess I'm the opposite, as I'd take a Bataleon over Capita in general. As far as a comparable board, maybe you should be looking at the Airobic instead? You can press and butter the shit out of that board. I had one the first part of this year, and it was incredible. I hit boxes, but not rails, but I know tbt kills it on park features.

Yeah, i thought about the airobic too, but it might be too soft to take all over the mountain.

Ya Bataleons are interesting.... They're great for certain people, but I didn't like the edge hold. I would just be traversing and would very easily wash out....

And the IS is def one of those "all around" sticks. Does everything good but isn't the best at anything which is pretty hard to find

the flex of the indoor is comparable to the funkink me thinks. i wish i could ride a bataleon but i never really have the chance and don't feel like throwing money at it. i can tell you that capita and the indoor are solid and you won't be disappointed. i would say that the evil twin is stiffer than the indoor so if your more into jumps... well you know

Yeah unless your super light, the airobic won't be great outside of the park. Fun Kink is def the answer then. Nothing is more fun than TBT from wverythig I've tried.
