Any parkstar reviews or suggestions?

I been riding a 155 Darkstar for 2 seasons now. Its a great board for what i do. I like to ride the mountain hard and get air. I want to start getting more into the park and i need a new board. The darkstar is a bit too stiff. Good for doing 20 foot gaps but i want something with more flex. How is the parkstar? I was looking into this board, Rome graft, a few GNU boards, k2 Weapon and capita boards.

If i do go with the parkstar i use an 11 boot. Should i go with the 154 wide?

I just got the 154 Parkstar and must say I LOVE IT. It still has nice flex even for a wide board. I have been an advanced all mountain rider for years now, but this board has elevated my park game pretty quickly. I looked at a few GNU boards, and they are solid...however I personally am really enjoying the Parkstar. Go get it!

I had a 152 Darkstar and now a 152 Parkstar. The difference is noticeable, but nothing drastic. It definitely feels a lot looser... and harder to catch an edge. Pressing is a little easier... but I don't think the flex is that different between the two boards. I just started doing more freestyle this season, so I might not be the right person to give you the feedback you're looking for.

Yea i dont want to buy the same board. I talked to Dave at The House and he says the Darkstar and Parkstar are the same besides the jib rocker. He recommends me getting the Street Series for east coast riding. From reviews it seems the Gnu SS seems to have a nice soft flex. Might be easier for presses and butters

What do you weigh? And you don't need a wide board.

im 5'10 170. I know i dont need a wide board. Its only 1.2 cent wider so its not a big deal. I like the all white look of the parkstar in wide.
