Being from texas, i was looking up alternatives to those days when I dont have enough money to hit the pow. I found some camps which sound pretty sweet in like oregon and argentina. But i also found this:

Thinking about getting one and giving it a go. Anyone ever tried this and have a review of it?

WOW...cant believe they will make something like this. I can see this being banned in streets. Very dangerous to skate/freeboard on streets with cars. I can picture accidents or cars not even seeing the freeboarder.

Not only that, but falling will not be as forgiving as falling on softer snow.

Looks like great fun! I agree bails would hurt considerably more. I think I am going to stick with the indoor snow park 15 mins drive away from home.

That's really sick but at the same time.. I would like to not get hit by a car or run someone over on the sidewalk :\

Since you're close to an indoor snow park I'm assuming you don't live in the states.
We don't have the luxury of an indoor snow park. Apparently two are going to come out one in LA and the other I don't know but it's not going to be open this year..

they're building one at the meadowlands in nj. Suppose to be done sometime this year! but my friend drove by it and said its fairly small. but it'll have to do till winter haha

Yeah, I am in New Zealand. The closest mountain to me in 4hrs away. Snowplanet is pretty small, but hey who am I to complain. I love the place, specially in Summer.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? NJ? I CAN DEAL WITH JERSEY! This is the best news I've heard today! I was actually planning to goto some camp thing in Oregon or BC but I really don't want to spend thousands of dollars (not including plane ticket) on 4-5 days of riding. :\
BEST NEWS EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I hope you're right and that it's done before summer starts cause I'm already itching to ride again and the season hasn't ended.
