Volkl Boards

I'm just starting to get a new appreciation for my Volkl Summit board - It seems to favor soft snow conditions ,whether it be spring snow , or pow. The nose is soft, it's fairly stiff between the feet, and the tail is medium stiffness with slight (less than 1cm) taper.
I learned how to ride on this board, and have since progressed and upgraded, but have come to appreciate it's playfulness. Running Burton Cartels on this BTW. Though not my primary ride, I'll be sad to see it go when it's worn out.
Does any one here have any experiences to share about Volkl Snowboards? Alpine boards included .
It is very rare for me to see others riding Volkl, although I see many skis of this brand.

I'd imagine they are solid enough boards... they are known for making excellent skis. I just don't see many shops in North America carrying them.

Volkl makes some great boards. Always have wanted to try the Coal. Very hard to find any in the US including online.

Here are some recent reviews of their new line-up.
