Board Damage

So I took my brand new board out to the slopes and chipped it on the very first day. I don't even know how. I swear it's those little tiny 12 year old skiers who come crashing into the ski lifts... anyways, it seems like everytime I go, my board ends up with new nicks and battlescars. I imagine there really isn't anything I can do about it because of the nature of the sport but it still hurts you know? lol... I asked the place where I got my board from if they can touch it up some how and they said they have a nice apoxy treatment they use to protect it but will my poor baby ever look the same again?

lol i know the feeling... its the same for every owner of the brand new board I dont know of course what damage did you got but usually we will notice every little scratch on our new board but i think its not as bad as we feel Usually those little dents, scratches and stuff are mainly just cosmetic damage and dont mess up your riding. But sure... if you have new board then prepare yourself for those kind of things, cause it wount stay like that for long

The epoxy will just make sure your board doesn't de-laminate. as for looks it looks like a yellow bit of glue on your board.

Who cares? It's a snowboard that's meant to be ridden and damaged. Gives the board a bit of character ya know?
