i'm sure someone else will say this too...but don't buy your boots online. please go to a store and try on a bunch of different pairs to find what fits best. be sure to read the boot fitting guide thread under the general talk board. boots are the most important part of your rig, make sure you get some that fit your feet just right.

i can't tell you too much as i don't have personal experience with any of those items. i would say you might want to be sure you like the ideas of flows, as a lot people aren't too enthusiastic about them, but if you like them...more power too you.

does anyone have experience with the board or any of the other equipment to help chase out?

my bro's friend has a pair of solomon skis that have a decent edge, idk if that matters or not........you might not need such a nice helmet if it protection you're worring about, i have a $50 one and i busted my head proper hard on a box and it cradled my melon just fine. I can just slip my headphones under it without any problems.
