Chalk another one up for Rome. If there weren't some issues raised about Rome's plastic for this seasons binders (and if I had the money ), I would have picked up another set of Rome 390s.

broke a toe strap on my 390s, shot them an email, got a toe strap in a week. Can't beat that service. Oh and they gave me stickers.

i had a similar experience - i bought a pair of targas from ebay without baseplates or baseplate covers... called up their customer service, was transferred to warranty dept. all they asked for was my address and then said ill have them next week. no questions asked, no proof of purchase. impressive - dont plan on straying from rome bindings for a while just because of the service

those are the ones! snagged them and a nitro team gullwing for the same price as the targas wouldve been new at the beginning of the season. hopefully i wont have to contact rome about any problems w/ the targas, but its nice knowing i wont be transferred constantly within the company to people equally reluctant to help out

Time and time again Rome seems to step up to the plate for warranty issues. Luckily, I haven't had to put it to the test personally after riding Rome bindings the last couple years. Still, it's nice to know that if something happens, I can be confident they'll take care of me.
