Hey all, so i recently purchased a capita stairmaster extreme from the source's online store.
When it arrived upon looking at the edge i noticed that the base and the edge are not flush along a 20cm section under the front heel edge. I would send it back but itll take 4-6 weeks apparently and im heading back to aus in 4 so that wont work. (capita doesn't deal in aus either )Ive tryed to ptex it in to reduce the risk of hitting a rock and ripping it out but theres still a few gaps. Would water be able to get into the core through these?

Hate to say it, but I've heard about it before. Good news is, from what I hear, they seem to own up to it and replace new boards that come busted up.

Ya, all companies have defects but this one never should've made it into any consumers hands.
I had an issue with my 2009 Bataleon Jam where the graphics were all fucked up..... Got a warranty board, and that one was even worse then the first. In the end they sent me a 2010 which was fine. Ended up selling it anyways. |
