Default broken toe strap

i know this is a common thing, but i don't know how to go about it.. the straps in 2 pieces and i could probably do a make shift job (duck tape) to put them back. what do most people do?? i went into the board shop today and they didn't give me much help, any ideas would be appreciated.

What kind of bindings are they? I know Burton sells toe straps individually, so I would assume other companies would as well.
