I got my girl the Flow Infinia a couple of years back and she loves it. Total step up performance wise over her Ride Solace which was a great intro board for her. Size wise for what she's doing I'd say 143 would be fine but I'll let one of the women on the site chime in for better help. I'm sure Lilfoot will find her way to this post at some point and she has some good advice for the ladies about sizing.

Looks like the elation is out of stock but I like that the jewel is rockered. If she's a newer rider that will make edge catches much less likely, though it may lead to some bad tendencies as she progresses, debate is open on that. The only thing I'd say is that it's Flows park/jib board so it's going to be on the softer side. Again that's good for a beginner because it will make the board easier to handle and turn but will be sloppier when the groomers get chopped up towards the end of the day.

143 is the perfect length. She could go a bit longer or a bit shorter. I am almost the same size and I ride a 141 and a 143.

I don't know much about Flow, but the Jewel looks like a good choice for a timid beginner. Like lisevolution said, it is pretty soft, but I think it's a good choice and it's a great price!
