when and what

when is the best time to buy a snowboard now or in the early fall and im 5'2, 140, and shoe size 7 and ride park and i want to decide on a board thatll last me like 3 years and people tell me 152 and 149 and it just confuses me like hell and im so hesitant to buy a board and just dont know what to do

lots of riding and probably some jumps and grabs and rails so i mean im like everywhere haha

It depends. If you want a 2011 model, they're starting to trickle out now. If you want to buy a leftover 2010 model, at this point you're going to have to get lucky. If you were wanting to buy a 2010 model at a deep discount, you should've started looking at toward the end of last season. Generally, the best deals are to be had toward the end of a season. Going into the season, everyone is stoked and looking to get new gear, so there's no big incentive by retailers to put deep discounts out there. They aren't needed. Toward the end of a season, they're trying to blow out all of that season's stuff to make room for next season's stuff.

You have received a lot of good advice in your other threads, it's up to you to consider everyone's input and decide what is best for you. As far as the size, you're just talking about 3 cm. Just get a board and ride and have fun.

i mean i found a 152 for 75 dollars cheaper which means i could buy actually good bindings like rome arsenals instead of of 25 dollars pink bindings that i would have to spray paint because they look gay haha
