Burton Econico right for beginner?

What do you think of the Burton Econico for a beginner? I'm looking for an all-mountain board, riding mostly on groomers. I'm 6'0", 165lbs, wear 10,5 boots. Will the 250mm waist cause toe drag on 10,5 boots?

You think the board would be too stiff?

I'm looking for a greener board. The Econico is one...not a lot of choices out there. Suggestions?

probably don't want to start out on a board of one of the best big mountain riders out there.

Most Arbor boards will be greener than any other brand
Capita Green Machine
K2 Gyrator and Slayblade and Zero
Smokin Basich Pro

for a beginner I would probably recommend the Green Machine as it has a more forgiving flex and mellow reverse camber profile.
