Never Summer Sizing Question

What's up from Iraq everyone. I am sitting back on the end of a deployment and I am looking at picking up a Never Summer Heritage X for when I get home this winter and had some questions about sizing. I'm 5'11, 200-210lbs. I'm leaning towards the 159, but didn't know if the 163 would work better for my size. I normally ride the Southern California resorts often and hit up my family's place in tahoe when I need powder a few times a year. I only ride about 25% park.
With Libs/Gnus I got away with riding a 157/158 due to being able to ride a smaller board because their rocker, is it the same way with Never Summers?

Yes, you can go smaller with the Neversummer rocker. Pretty much the same as with Lib. Works that way for any rockered board for that matter.
