I will suggest you as many products as you have given me info for. Here's my suggestion list:

...
...
...
...

What I'm trying to say is... GIVE US MORE INFORMATION!!!

Height?
Weight?
Boot Size?
Riding Style?
Types of terrain ridden (if one type is favored more then point that out such as "He rides more park than groomer")

What is "reasonable price"? $400 is reasonable for a board in my eyes, but that might be expensive in yours.

As for boots, nobody can suggest that for you. Boot selection is a highly intimate process. You must sleep with many different boots in order to find the one that you want to marry.

Weight is pretty important when choosing a board. 5 foot with size 11? How old is he?

The weight is the most important part of your board choice. Without that information, a good board recommendation is hard to do.

Also, 5 foot with size 11 boots? That's a bit odd.
