Well basically my friend wants to sell me his 5150 snowboard with i THINK burton bindings... He wants to sell me the board and bindings for $170,The board has normal wear and tear, a few small chips around the tail etc. Just normal wear and tear like a snowboard usually would. it is a 2007 model, My level of ridings is probably like a average, i can go rails, jumps, boxes, and basic stuff like that, I can't do anything major on rails, and i don't jump 70 footers either, But i can ride rails, boxes, do jumps etc.Is this a good deal?!? Also are 5150 snowboards any good?!? And will the be a good board for me?!?

I agree. 5150's are the very bottom of the barrel. Those boards are meant for dirt poor people that can't afford a decent board but still want to get out on the hill.
Get on craigslist or ebay. You can find lots of good deals on good boards. |
