Is the Never Summer LEGACY (wider version of the sl) a good board for an intermediate?

thanks in advance for all the help.

For example,

Will the board be too aggressive for an intermediate, was the board just designed for advanced riders, is this even a board a intermediate should be looking at, etc

nice board to progress with. I got one and really happy with it.
Even if i want to get a couple of board instead of this one =)
