Great Rome Customer Service

I've seen comments about Rome's customer service on this forum before, but I thought I'd give them another plug since they've been so responsive.

The toe strap adjuster snapped on my 390 as I was getting off the lift (I think it got caught under my board or the guy next to me) so I asked Rome about sending a replacement. These are 2008 390s so they aren't under warranty.

I sent the email at 10:50 last night and had a personal email response at 6:30 this morning from John confirming that they were sending a replacement right away.

That is great to hear, got to love great customer service. I had something similar with burton. I ordered a pair of last year's custom bindings and when they arrived they were missing the mounting discs and I called them and they sent a set out free of charge.

Great customer service goes a long way.
