Forum Recon 08 - Any Good?

Hi all,

Newbie from Cornwall UK. 17. Ive been snowboarding once in 2008 after having done skiing for 4 years and fell in love with it. April the same year I bought myself the Forum Recon 2008 156W with Forum Faction bindings for 200 brand new. Im going on a college trip to Les Deux Alpes in France in February next year and I really cannot wait for it.

I would just like to know what the board is like to ride on; I cant wait to use it - its been stood in the corner of my bedroom for 2 years! Does anyone have the Recon? Whats it like? What will it deliver to me? Will I be impressed?

Thanks alot for your help.

you will not be impressed. i had one, rode it twice and sold it. really firm flex even though it says "5" very unresponsive. it will pretty much let you down in every aspect. on a good note, its better than not riding at all so have a blast on your trip!
