If you are looking to come in under $400 look towards previous season's boards and/or bindings. If you want to come in under $500, you could easily get a K2 Raygun and Ride EX bindings and be set. My suggestion is save you money on buying previous year's bindings and boots...you can get a lot of bang for your buck that way. There are just too many awesome boards for 2011 to not buy new.
