Evo or Buck Ferton - Snowboarding Forum

I had settled on the Buck Ferton but I'm questioning myself. Both are really sick boards from great companies. The Evo is a proven killer but the Buck has Megna-traction that will come in handy on my local man made crap snow.

I picked up an Evo for this season. Ive ridden it once so far, but having just ridden that one time Im really liking it so far. It rode really smooth and handled the crap snow really well. It also carves really well and can jib decently too. Its damp on landings, but still has enough pop on jumps when you need it.

Stick with the Buck. You'll like it. Smokin makes a solid stick with the same warranty as NS.

Hard to go wrong with NS or Smokin'. I'm personally not a big fan of Magnetraction, but I don't see much ice either.

Either will be a good board. I think the Buck is just a little stiffer and has Magnetraction. If you see a lot of Ice then both of those will be helpful.
