I'd trim it up with a razor and lay down a layer or epoxy to make sure it doesn't spread. It looks ugly right now, but it's really not that bad. It's primarily just topsheet damage. Once you trim it up with a razor and put a dab of epoxy on there, hardly anyone but you will hardly even notice it.

Cut the damn thing off, then take a file and go around the tips of your board to bevel the topsheet so when you run into things it won't do that. After that epoxy the raise in the tip use more resin than hardener in the 2 part mixture.

Your edge is fine. That's just the topsheet, and fairly easy to fix as they mentioned previously.
