Cold Temp Wax Question

So i ran out of all temperature wax and was wondering if applying cold temp wax would be slower then a board with no fresh wax applied in the last 10 or so times of riding.

Weather:

Hi 30°f / 19°f (base/top)
Lo 21°f / 14°f (base/top)
