Need advice on snowboard kit, please help me

5.9ft
183 pounds
10 foot size
more all mountain but eventually would want to hit the park, lets say 50/50
beginner LEVEL but it's not my first time on a board.

what about this combo:
K2 Turbo Dream 159 + Rome Targa + Salamon F22 boots ?
Salamon F22 fits Rome Targa without problems ?

F22s are some of the best boots on the market, IMO (I've owned two pairs). The same with the Targas. Yes, they'll work just fine together. Not familiar with that board.

what about Targa bindings size, if my Salamon F22 size US 9 - 9.5 I should use Rome Targa's S/M ?

Probably so. F22s are a very low volume boot.
