I'm looking to pick up a board for my girl. She's 5'3" 125 lbs and is pretty much a beginner (10-15 days on a board). She's starting to be comfortable at speed and linking turns. We're going out west for two weeks and after a few lessons I think she'll be doing quite well.
I found a great deal on a Roxy Ally 143 and I'm wondering if this board is too short for her. I was thinking the shorter length will only help her progress and will be fine until she really starts charging it after a few seasons. Thanks. |

A friend of mine is about the same height/weight as your girl... She loves Roxy too lol... Anyways, she is running a 143 and has really liked the board. I'm not a fan of Roxy, but she'd tell you different. Her triplet sister is running a 143 Burton..
Now if I could get the third one into boarding lol |
