How much more advanced is the t.rice over the trs? The 159 trs is rated 6 on the flex scale and the t.rice is rated a 7. I want the t.rice but don't want to get a board that is too advanced for me. I have had about 15 total days on the snow, I can link turns and usually stick to blues but will go down the blacks as long as there are no moguls.
I know the trs will work for me, so should I just play it safe? Or should I get some balls and push myself on the t.rice? |

I usually spend about 10 days a season, though this year it will probably about 6. I have ridden the trs btx before it had the c2, I liked it a lot and had no issues with it. But since I don't go into the park I thought the t.rice might suit me better, I just don't know if the t.rice is going to be much harder to ride since it's supposedly a good amount stiffer.

Not sure why I asked because I ended up going with my gut anyway. I bought the t.rice 157 with horsepower, but I only did that because I was able to get a one day used 2011 t.rice for $500 from a guy strapped for money. I figured if I can't handle the board I will be able to sell it for at least what I paid for it.
