Buy Advice Needed: Burton CUSTOM ICS 08/09 WIDE + Burton EXILE 2010 Bindings

Happy to be on this Forum, we don't have this kind large snowboard forums in Holland, Probably because we don't really have snowboard opportunities =D.
Anyway, I have been boarding for some winters and hired my material. I am just past the stage beginner. I'm 5.9 feet and around 172 lbs with boot size 12.
Looking around for some material, I almost bought the Burton Bullet however i stumbled on a nice deal i think.
A Burton CUSTOM ICS 08/09 158[cm] WIDE + Burton EXILE 2010 Black Death bindings for €250.
It's a second hand. The board has quite a lot of scratches on the base however it has been repaired at a specialist. The sides of the board are in very good condition.
I have attached some pictures, What do you think? Should i do it ? Or is it just too big of a risk....
