Talking from bullet to customX

I've been riding for year, but living in florida most of that time meant not many days. I'm a bigger guy 6'3" 190ish 13 boot. The bullet did great for me while it lasted. I blew out the rail and various other damage over the years. I may try to repair the bullet if I can find the materials and my dremel ("moved" to tahoe for a while.. kinda got rid of most everything i owned before this move).
Haven't ridden the X yet, but expect it'll be squirrelly for me at first.

Pointers on where to get the stuff to fix the bullet would be appreciated.. I'm sure I can find it with some searching though.

Bullet 167 (naturally a wide board as all bullets are)
CustomX 162W
Comments on the X?

Not real point to the post.. "I'm just sayin".. lol
