New Board.....Opinions Please!!

Well, I have spent a bunch of time reading, looking, watching a bunch of different boards and though I thought I had narrowed it down to 2, Im still undecided on which deck to go with. Here is what I am working with as far as I go:

5'8
145
Size 10

Im in the market for a nice all around mountain board but would like to hit some boxes/rails in the future. So far I have considered the Skate Banana, SL, EVO, something from Smokin, hell the list could prob go on and on. It will be my first "real" setup and although I have over thought it to death, there is just so much out there it seems hard to choose. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks

I have a NS Evo and it is so much fun. stable at speed, very jibbable and butters nicely. the NS tech helps on small and med. kickers too. if it had magnetraction, that might be the one improvment. I've demo'd the park pickle and banana and I'd take the Evo over them, but by a nose.

took my sl 158 out on xmas day and it was sick. easily the best board ive ever ridden in my 15 years of riding. i got home and ordered the Evo 155 because i think its the ultimate board for what and where i ride. its the perfect 2 board quiver.

I was in the same situation as you and ended up with the Never Summer Evo. I want to the shop liking for a skate banana but after hearing about the 3 year warranty and fact that they had the Evo and SL in stock items knew I wanted a Never Summer. The only reason I chose the Evo over the SL would he the graphics they both would have been great but I live the graphics and the sno-glo is raw.

I scored a great deal because I got to put it on layaway brilliant Thursday when I get pair and I got a 15% discount so it was only $470 with tax and they are going to detune and help me getting everything set up since its my first real board.
