Default HELP - Size 17 Snowboard Boot - What Board?

14 yrs old
6'-6"; 195#
Size 17 Boot
Son grew out of the 15 boots from last year - now have 17 boot but can't find a board that fits the boots...
and, still growing - new equipment is crazy expensive for someone who will grow out of it.
Where do we find wide enough boards? What is wide enough? Where do we go to find used equipment this size?
Intermediate.
HELP?!
Thanks,
Mom who cooks a lot!

HOLY SH!T!!!
And I thought having 13's made it an inconvenience to find a board. If it gives you any hope I just mounted my 13 Burton Hail boots on a new 164.5 T.Rice (a regular not a WIDE) board and it doesn't look like I'll have any toe drag problems.
Btw what bindings are that big?

The Donek Sasquatch has a waist width of 28.0. That's megawide.

I think the Nitro Magnum is about that too...maybe 27.5. I don't know if you find much stuff wider than that. Good luck. I am glad I am a size 8.

Did you measure his foot or is this what you son says?

Have him stand up against the wall with his heel and measure the real lenght without socks.

He is 14 and 6-6? I would skip the risk of injury with snowboarding and get him some nice nikes and a shiny new basketball. He might as well start training for the NBA.
