Board Life

How long does the average board like a Burton last if it is ridden on a normal basis every season? Thanks

Too generic a question. What's "normal" frequency to you? What kind of riding do you do?

If you park a board and do nothing but pipes, rails, trees, etc, then I wouldn't expect a board to last more than 1-2 seasons (but that depends on your frequency). If you're just freeriding, groomers, powder, and whatnot, can last for a long while; I have friends still riding 5+ year old boards, but once they try something new they see/feel how far technology has changed in that time. This all assumes good maintenance and care on your part (regular cleaning, waxing, sharpening, proper storage, etc.).
