Well Dogfunk had the Burton X8 marked 40% off so I ended up purchasing another damn board.
Am really excited for my new toy to come in and will hopefully get to put some time in on it before the end of season and let you guys know whats up.

The boards with EST have a base plate that you can retrofit regular Burton bindings.

Only three now but I sold 2 last year so I am getting prety bad I spose.
I have a Skate Banana, a Burton Clash and now the X8. I had a Riders Choice MTX and a Dominant that I convinced myself I didn't need. I had beaten the Dominant to hell and ended up selling it to my cousin for cheap and the Riders Choice was basically replaced by the Naner. THEN they had a crazy thanksgiving sale on a full Burton Clash set up with freestyle binders and boots and I couldn't pass that up. Long story short, sales kill me.On the ESTs. You can use any binding on the X8 but you also have the option of using the EST. I am going to eventually get the EST bindings because after riding my friends X8 with EST for an entire day, this binding for me was just absolutely pure sex. I am also like the fact that I can set my stance width however I want as the normal width sets are not quite right for me. Im looking forward to giving her a full test drive and will let you guys know what I think after I get some time under her. Hopefully one day someone will find a cure for the board whore disease.
