Need beater park board with ICS - Snowboarding Forum

Here's the story. I have a NS SL as an all-mountain board. I have a spare Cartel EST which was given to me as a gift. I used to have a Custom V which I have sold.

Since my all mountain needs are covered by my SL/Force SL combo, I was thinking of using the Cartel for park. I know it might be a little stiff for park but I think I'll get by with a soft enough board.

To add to the equation, I live in Australia where our early/late winter conditions are not so ideal with rocks and grass patches all over the resort. This board will also double as a "beater" since I don't want to damage my SL.

Shoot me your ideas. I don't want to spend much on this spare board $300 max. I'm not fuss whether it's past season or what camber config it has. I will also run shorter than usual. I ride 155.

Look for previous year heros or something.

or just sell the Cartels and get something like an older season weapon and Indy's.

i have a pair of 08 cartels that have the standard hole mounting system that i have to use a conversion disk with to mount to my hero with ics. would love a set of cartels with est. pm me if your interested in selling or partial trade.
