Default dirty snow?

we just got about 3 inches of snow here in ohio and im planning to go to a local hill ( just a golf course) maybe working on buttering or whatever and was wondering if snow that has just barely covered the grass and with some riding maybe some grass will be showing will tht ruin my board or if it does will waxing fix it up?

uhm.. you might get some dings depending on the board.... and urhmm... you'll probably want to wax after that trip?... I ride on shitty snow all the time and the thing about it is ... that dirt and stuff out of the snow adheres to your wax.
