Flexing issues with my board....

I am getting fed up with my atomic hatchet 162. I weigh a ton and can flex the nose fine, but can't flex the tail for shit. I can nolly a ton higher than I can ollie because of this too. Once in a great while it flexes like I want it to, and I get some nice pop, but half the time I get shut down. I weigh quite a bit. More than enough to flex out any free style board. Anyone have any tips on how I can get this thing to flex better?

Replace it with a softer stick or gain some more weight?

But seriously, you get good ollies occasionally? If that's the case then you just need to perfect your timing I guess. You could do ollies on a carpet over and over til you get the timing right, but it might be worth it to buy a softer board with twin flex

Im sitting close to 270 right now, I am sure my weight is there. I can flex a 164 ride timeless and a 163 burton custom no problem at all.
