You are both young and light weight so I do advise that you go with a slightly larger size so you can use the board longer.
With that said, consider the Ride Kink. It's a great affordable board that is good for park riding. You sound like you are a jibber so you're going to like the Kink's cleave edge. It has a beefier steel edge that you can detune the heck out of. Very durable for jibbing. Also comes with Slimewalls which adds to durability and gives the board dampening.
The camber profile on this board is awesome. It is Ride's ProRize which has a long flatzone in between the bindings. A mellow rocker in the tips.

I'd do the 147. You are a little under the weight range of this board, but I'm sure you'll grow into it in no time.
