Default quick! need belp ns sl sizing

Found a sweet deal on a Never Summer SL 155. I'm 5'6" 175lbs. Is this my size or do I need the next size up? This board will just be used for the mountain, no park. Thanks!!

Never Summer Snowboard Size Chart - 2011 | evo

Chart says you need a 161 or so.

Seems a bit long for someone so short? I know weight wise I could go to a fairly long board but I was wondering what the happy medium would be based on both height and weight?

I'm about the same height as you and about 160lbs. Depending on your boot size I would get a 153 or 155 actually. Based on ONLY my weight and type of riding, the 155 would've been a better choice but I have pretty small feet (size 7 boots) and opted for the 153cm due to the narrower waist width (24.4 vs. 25.1 cm). The 158 board is even wider. You'll need a narrow board if you want to properly twist the board for better turning. Nothing sucks worse than having a board you can't turn on because it's too wide.
