Has anybody worked in a snowboard manufacturing plant?

I have been thinking of giving up on finding work as an electrician to do something that has to do with snowboarding which is one of my biggest passions.
I'm thinking it would be shitty assembly line type work and not at all glamorous but it would be nice to hear some first hand accounts.

I gave this thought in the not so long ago past. I looked up Mervin (the only people I would want to work for) jobs, didn't ever find anything. I would be willing to bet that they are a close nit community and rarely hire on new but you never know. Maybe they offer an apprenticeship, if you hassle them enough?
Anyhow in for someone dose this.
