The carbon insert layout may be a little different (I can't remember off the top of my head), but they are basically the same. I've ridden the 2010 and 2011 IS 154 and they felt like the same board.
2012 is the same board with added sizes to the line. |

Carbon layout is different.
Yours is the carbon X in the middle. This years is the new layout. capitasnowboarding.com Other than that it's the same.

They ride different. Keep yours and get a Green Machine instead. A touch softer but the exact same shape and carbon layout. One of my favorite park boards ever. Though the 2012 Indoors look super good.

The 2012 Indoor rides different from the 10 and 11 versions or the 10 rides different from the 11/12 versions (I'm under the impression that the 11 and 12 Indoors are exactly the same)? I've ridden both the 10 and 11 extensively in the same size, and the difference in the carbon stringer layout wasn't noticeable.

Should have been. The Carbon is moved from between your feet to the tips. It will make the FK easier to maneuver and the carbon in the tips supplements pop. The new layout is poppier than the old one.
Green machine is in between the Ultra and Indoor.
