So bascially the last two seasons I've been riding the park with my Sierrascope. Its time to pick up something new. I ride around 25% trails and 75% park, and have been looking at a variety of new boards. Most likey going to keep my Ride delta DFC's as well. I have a few here that I would think would mimic the sierrascope the best, maybe a tad bit softer, any experience you have with these or other options would be much appreciated...
--Nitro Sub Zero - seems like a softer board with more pop from what Ive heard. --'12 Horrorscope - Heard they are going back to the old 09 flex and from the small experience I have with the new FK, I like it, plus my capita has been awesome. other options: Kink, ET, NS Evo(maybe), or even a 1985 Artifact Little info about me - 6', 145lbs and ride east coast ice..err snow.. I know most of the 11-12 boards haven't been tested by anyone, but any experience on a 10-11 would help as well. Thanks in advanced Last edited by Faisk8r; 02-24-2011 at 07:38 PM. |

I would really look at a Nitro Swindle, Batleon ET, Arbor Westmark, Bataleon Whatever, CAPiTA Green Machine FK, or if you are looking for something a little more like the Horror, a 2012 Signal Park zero cam. They get carbon strips for 2012. I have high expectations for them. I will own one.

My friend has the horrorscope and says its a great board. The usual complaint for the artifact is that it's too much of a wet noodle. Sorry I can't be more help.
Also, not to hijack your thread but I have a similar question anyways. 5'8.5' 165lbs, currently riding 07 rome agent 155 looking to downsize. candidates so far are NS: Proto CT Bataleon: Evil Twin DC: dunno which one but sponsoring Torstein was a great decision for them lol Endeavor: BOD or Colour i'll be getting a 151-153 board depending on what the company make. |

Thanks for some ideas, I have been looking at some of the options you gave me and some of the Bataleon's are catching my eye. Looking for a decent RC, a little more than my sierrascope since its kicking out after the edges. Don't want to go for a straight noodle, but since I don't hit huge kickers something softer is what I enjoy playing around with. Looking forward to hearing more about the Bataleon Disaster. The 2012 horrorscope graphics and many others look so bad, its not a huge deal but it still makes a difference.
