Anyone recommend a courier?
 

I'm shipping 2 boards from California to Japan. Could anyone recommend a courier to use?

I heard USPS is good, and to stay away from UPS & DHL.

I'm sending a 157 and a 148, so the total length in the box is about 63inch/160cm.

I already tried to get a quote on the USPS website but it said the package was too long. :confused: Surely that can't be too long, what happens to folks shipping big mountain boards and longboards for surfing.

DHL is ok for shipping overseas. I don't even think they do domestic anymore. Try Fedex?

I'm gonna give this company LuggageForward a try. They specialise in shipping excess baggage & sporting goods. They seem to be the cheapest I actually found Fedex pretty steep, unless I'm going to the wrong part of their website.

I might report on how these guys do, since I haven't seen them mentioned on the forum before.
