Default How do you say....core shot?

So I hit a rock pretty bad tonight. Left about a 4inch gash in the base of my Revolver. Looks like I see some core toward the metal edge. What do you guys think? Just ptex it?...or is there any other preliminary steps I should take before ptexing it.

Here is the gash.

Here is the questionable area up close.

Thanks!

This has got to be a joke. That ain't shit.

After looking closely at the second pic, there MAY be a slight bit of core exposure. Throw a little p-tex in there and call it good. Nothing to worry about.

As for the board i say ptex that crap up and ride it till it breaks. Edge looks screwed tho, not sure how u fix a gash in an edge.

Edit: on closer look it doesnt seem the edge got anything more then scratched. Ptex and done

hahaha I don't know if you still can call it a 'scratch' once it starts pushing through the topsheet.
