I've been looking at getting a new setup, and I can't decide whether to buy bindings, boots, or a board first. I figured at least I can make a decision on all three and buy as I get money. I was looking at reviews of the darkstar, and aside from winning a good wood award, and being in my budget, it seems like it would conform to my needs. Just for a little background info:
Weight: 140 Height: 5'9 Shit I like to do: Lots of jumps, lots of boxes and park shit, lots of just shredding down some double blacks. ![]() Shit I don't like to do: Falling, eating shit, wrecking, crashing, casing, and falling. Oh and landing flat. |

I currently ride a 2009 Darkstar. It's a great board which you can take from park to peak. It's soft enough to take to the park and stiff enough to charge down a hill without it feeling squirly. As to stuff you don't like, well...this board doesn't work magic
