or gaining if I went from a 2011 Lib Tech Banana Magic to a 11/12 Travis Rice C2 BTX w/ Horsepower? I feel like I made a rash decision picking up the Magic because I don't hit the park too much, small kickers and some rails if I'm feeling gutsy.
I'm more of a traditional all mountain free-rider who enjoys long powder runs (who doesn't?) and carving fast down sketchy terrain. Thought I might as well work on some ground tricks, so now I can 360 butter and stuff but that really aint my jam. Not that I really want to part ways with my new board, I guess what I'm really looking for is someone to come in hear and say I got a great stick for what I want to do LOL |

Was there something you didn't like about the Magic? I'd say the T.Rice is a better freeride board for sure. Especially if you fit the bill for the 161 or 164. It's stiffer and the camber section is more pronounced. I say that because the Magic actually has a slight camber zone as well.
With all of that said, butter and freestyling on my runs is my jam and for that, the Magic reigns supreme on my charts
